Satisfaction Policy. Vara Safety is committed to our customer’s experience and satisfaction. We offer a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee from the ship date. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason during this 30 day period you may return it for a refund (less shipping costs). An RMA number must be issued in order to return your product. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA number.
All returns must contain all original packaging and be returned back to us in new condition. A partial refund may be given at our discretion if scratched, damaged or appears subjected to abnormal use. All such determinations by Vara Safety are final and binding upon You. The return policy applies only to products bought directly from varasafety.com.
VARA SAFETY IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PRODUCTS OF HIGH QUALITY AND VALUE AND MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE ITS PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF DEFECTS.
Vara guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from our website or an authorized dealer. This limited warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which is not designed, neglected, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the user, accidents and/or tampering.
If your safe is determined to be defective, we will at our discretion, have it repaired at our expense, or will send you a new one at no cost to you. You will be required to return the existing unit as well as all included parts prior to replacement along with your proof of purchase. Email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number. NEITHER SELLER NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USER OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE REACH SAFE.
Reach® 2 LIMITED WARRANTY
Vara Safety (the “Company”) warrants to the original consumer (the “Purchaser’) of any Reach® purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. These warranties are not assignable or transferable to any other person. This warranty does not apply to purchasers of as-is, distressed products, display samples or Sale/Clearance items these items are all sales are final.
Any damage to the Reach® 2 because of misuse, tampering, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, unauthorized service, destruction, or the alteration of the serial number, or violation of the instructions furnished by the Company will void this warranty.
The sole responsibility of the Company shall be limited to the repair or replacement (in its sole discretion) of any component of the Reach® which fails to conform to this warranty at no cost to the purchaser for the period of the warranty.
Contact the Company directly to obtain service under this warranty. If it becomes applicable to send a defective product to the Company, a Return Authorization Number must first be obtained from the company. To obtain service under this warranty, the purchaser must provide the Company with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or our own website.
Products shipped without prior Return Authorization and Return Authorization Number may not be accepted, and the Company will not be responsible for their disposition and/or cost of return to the owner.
The Company will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. All return authorized products should include a copy of the original invoice in order that this warranty may be honored.
This warranty is not an insurance policy. The Company is not responsible for any manner of damage to or theft of the Purchaser’s Reach® or its contents.
Any implied warranties that the purchaser may have are limited to the duration of the warranties described above. There are no further warranties that extend or apply beyond the face hereof, and the company expressly disclaims and excludes any and all warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy for the purchaser under this warranty. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expense arising from the use or misuse of the Reach® 2.
