Due to Covid-19 (and its variants), so many changes have happened on a global level within the last 2 years. It has certainly affected every one of us in one way or another.
Please know that SelectSafes.com is just as committed to excellent, friendly customer service now as we always have been.
With that, over the last couple of months we have had to deliver our share of "out of stock due to..." messages to our customers and potential customers. The problems are factories and warehouses not receiving materials or products in any kind of acceptable timeframe. Ships coming to port carry certain metals that aren't produced in the USA. Delivery drivers are hard to come by. All of the logistical problems aren't our only battle, though. Every brand has its own set of employees. Within those employees, many have had Covid or been exposed to it, leaving them out of work for weeks at a time.
We always try our hardest to get you what you need in the best time possible. The sooner the better, right?
While shopping on our site, please keep in mind that the stock levels of every brand are drastically changing everyday. So much so that it's virtually impossible to keep up with on our site.
If you do order a product and it happens to be out of stock, we will try our best to suggest other options that may suit your needs. Sometimes, and understandably, there is no desire for the customer to change their mind, so we can also contact you when the particular product is in stock.
Lastly, if you do notice price increases, they are likely due to the price of materials our products are built with as well as the shipping of those materials to the factories. We still gladly pay the shipping from the warehouse to you, the customer! The material and shipping prices are a different fee that we, SelectSafes.com, absorb. All price increases trickle down.
Ultimately, SelectSafes.com still promises to keep our prices as low as we can for our customers.
